Privacy notice

Basmu collects only the information needed to operate this website, respond to enquiries, protect the service, and improve the synthetic CADA sandbox.

Information we collect

  • Contact-form details: name, work email, organization, role, organization type, jurisdiction, country, intent, and message.
  • Security data generated by Cloudflare Turnstile, such as challenge outcome and limited device or network signals.
  • Website and sandbox analytics, including page, session, and feature-usage events. Optional HubSpot tracking begins only if you allow analytics cookies.

How we use information

We use contact details to answer requests, arrange reviews, support sandbox access, and discuss partnerships. Security data prevents abuse. Analytics helps us understand service reliability and product usage.

Retention

  • Sandbox access cookies expire after eight hours.
  • Website and sandbox analytics are retained for up to 90 days in the restricted intake store.
  • Website and sandbox enquiry copies in Cloudflare D1 are retained for up to 12 months. HubSpot CRM records are held for follow-up until reviewed or deleted under our CRM retention process. Contact us for access or deletion requests, subject to applicable law.

Synthetic-only sandbox

The public sandbox accepts synthetic data only. Do not submit personal data, customer data, suspicious activity reports, production case files, credentials, or other confidential information.

Processors and transfers

Cloudflare may process limited traffic, security, and hosting data on our behalf. Enquiries and restricted usage events are stored in Cloudflare D1. Contact requests are queued for HubSpot CRM delivery; optional page-view tracking uses HubSpot only after you allow it. Request notifications are sent through Zoho Mail from and to amukhtar@basmu.xyz when configured. We apply appropriate safeguards where processing crosses borders.
